Responsibilities: We are seeking highly motivated female and male applicants to join Ecolab's Institutional division. The Institutional division is Ecolab's core and largest business, addressing the cleaning and sanitation needs of the restaurant, lodging, and other institutional foodservice customers. In this entry level sales and service role, you will partner with your customers to provide sales and service support using Ecolab's innovative custom cleaning solutions. Ecolab will jump start your career with a standardized training program that consists of on-the-job training as well as attending classroom training through Ecolab University at our headquarters.Main :In this field sales position, you will partner with your existing customers and be a solution by understanding their dishwashing and cleaning needs and providing timely and cost effective cleaning and sanitation solutions and ideas to create customer satisfaction.Suggest and sell additional cleaning solutions and ideas to your current accounts create customer satisfaction.Use your mechanical aptitude to install and repair dish machines and dispensing systems as well as demonstrate safe equipment use and ensure that the dish machines are fully operational.You will provide emergency service coverage to appreciative customers who operate around the clock.Cities included in this Route:Kansas City EastCities/Area Candidates Must Reside In:Kansas City EastOn-Call Weekend coverage:1 in 6 weekendsOvernight trips per month:noneIncome package offered:$38,000 - $40,000 (base) plus commission and bonus potential. A decaled company vehicle will be provided for business use only.Basic Requirements: Completed High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum two years work experience or military experience.You must be able to lift and/or carry 75 poundsMust have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.No Immigration Sponsorship AvailablePreferred Requirements: Ability to sell value added products to existing customers.Mechanical reasoning ability and exhibited problem solving skills are used to troubleshoot and repair equipment and dispensing systems (i.e., plumbing, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience).Effectively identify and resolve problems efficiently while working independently displaying a disciplined work style and strong work ethic.Flexibility to adapt and adjust your day to assist your customers in order to succeed in this fast paced multi-tasking environment.
