Responsibilities: Product Manager will be responsible for managing marketing activities for the disposable devices / products contained in the Hospital Devices business unit. Product responsibilities include the IV Administration Equipment, SetSourceŽ custom gravity IV products, OR Products, and IV poles. Duties will include supporting marketing objectives, implementing an effective marketing plan, developing, coordinating, strategic and tactical plans to support the products and achieve target sales and margin goals. Additional responsibilities will include monitoring, product forecasting, and assisting in support of relationships with third party business partners. Creating and implementing product enhancements and line extensions, providing product and training support to the sales organization. Supporting effective relationships with key opinion leaders, trade organizations, and customers.Requirements: Candidate must possess a BS/BA degree and have a minimum of 3-5 years medical sales/sales management/marketing experience required.Candidate should have strong product and market knowledge, decision-making, analytical, and communication skills. Training, Contract Marketing, Finance, Medical or previous marketing experience is beneficial.
