Duties: Revise and format legal documents/contracts in MS Word according to department guidelines. Route and track contracts for internal and external review/execution. Answer telephones, take messages or transfer to voicemails. Scan, copy, mail and fax legal documents. Arrange and book travel plans (air, cars and hotels). Complete expense reports and track approvals. Draft cover letters, basic agreements for equipment loans, event staffing and other agreements as overseen by attorneys. Manage relationships with internal and external staff involved in execution of agreements. Use customized Lotus Notes Databases including: Legal Status Tracking Database, BPAF Database, Standard Form Database, US Licensee Database. Draft PowerPoint presentations. Manage special projects as they arise.
