Core processes includee establishing external user IDs to access systems, file set up, program qualification, data validation and maintaining file integrity. Coordinate with other NPL functions to provide support processes as needed. Perform basic analysis and reporting functions to support the processes. Assist business unit in implementing plans and processes to achieve individual and team goals. Identify processes to be refined through analysis and the application of technologies. Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that baseline processes and results are in compliance with company standards and policies. Review and approve all exception and/or complex conditions or non-routine actionPrimary responsibility is providing assistance in the management of process and staff that will manage daily requests from external business users to set up User IDs for business systems. In addition, support Non-Performing Loan Workout Settlement staff and contingent workforce for settlement support functions. Schedule flexibility required in order to meet mid-month and month-end processing deadlines. Must have strong / demonstrated operations and execution capabilities, process flow management expertise.Qualitative Skills:Good communication skills to interact with all levels of management and business areasStrong process and procedureEducation:Job requires a Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquiredFive years of experience supervising staff in banking, secondary mortgage markets, foreclosure and bankruptcy, and loan servicing/negotiation.Technical SkillsMust Haves: Top 3/4 required skills with years of experienceProcess managment experienceAccess, word and Excel skills- strongTeam Dynamic and Environment(they will work in or lead) :Lead a staff of approx 8 Contingent workers that will support creating external business users access toclient systemsAdditional functions will be to provide support to data entry and file preparation functionsEnviroment is fast paced with high volumes, overtime and weekend work may be required.With 13 national offices and personnel in more than 30 states, we've staffed thousands of IT positions at some of the nation's most renowned organizations.
