Responsibilities and Requirements: DescriptionResponsible for coordinating and directing treasury management sales activities for Commercial Banking clients include development of new treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and servicing clients. Works with the client team to determine client needs and develops potential solutions to meet those needs. Leads the analysis and evaluation of potential solutions through cost benefit analysis. Works with the Client Manager to assess the risk associated with potential solutions. Ensures that other team members are informed of client needs and of the solutions to meet those needs. Generally, leads pricing and negotiation of TM products to optimize relationship profitability. Leads Treasury Management review with client and presentation of TM components of Relationship Review. Communicates client needs to Product Development (PD) and assists PD in the assessment of potential solutions and economic viability.Requirements: Strong proven prospecting skills, minimum 5 years Cash Management Sales experience, CTP and MBA Desired.
