Mid sized plastic, rubber and elastomer molder servicing the biomedical, surgical implant and pharmaceutical industry seeks multi-plant operations manager to act as change agent, push development efforts and lead expanding team.

Requires experience with medical or pharmaceutical grade rubbers, elastomers, or plastics and 3+ years executive level management experience in manufacturing operations.
