Manager of Enterprise NOC & Data Center

Bring your strategic expertise to the following role:

* Maintain and report-on operational performance as outlined in Service Level Agreements between the Data Center and technology owner.
* Develop all environmental monitoring tools for the IT Infrastructure Organization, tools used to monitor, predict and report on the well being of the infrastructure operation.
* Work closely with Regence Facilities (REAF) to manage services such as supply and maintenance of commercial power feeds, backup generator, Automatic transfer Switch (ATS), HVAC, UPS, fire detection and suppression systems and brings resolution through the Corrective Action Plan process to problems or discrepancies to agreements.
* 24/7/365 monitoring to obtain operational stability and performance of all equipment and environmental associated with the Data Center and appropriately reporting and escalating problems in accordance with established SLA's, processes and procedures.
* The Data Center operation is critical to the success of Regence.
* Key contributor and active member of the SWAT Team process of problem identification and resolution during critical outages and disaster recovery procedures.
* Provide input and recommendations regarding business continuance issues and improvements to the operations of systems and processes supported.
* Oversee Main Frame Operations to meet the requirements of end users such as scheduling jobs and system backups, starting and stopping mainframe jobs resulting from ABENDS (Abnormal Ends).
* Contribute to the daily operation and assists in the development and continuous improvement of the strategic direction of the Information Technology Infrastructure Organization.

Job Requirements

Combine your management and development experience with the following skills:

* 7 to 10 years of IT work experience, including management responsibility for production and operations support.
* Extensive experience developing Service Level Agreements and developing a Service Level Management practice.
* Experience managing and developing a service and element monitoring environment to support all elements of the business.
* Ability to organize and direct the Regence wide Network Operations Center (NOC).
* Experienced in the evaluation, recommendation and integration of systems, components, and services from third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors.
* Proven team leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team in multiple locations across Regence to deliver high-quality, high-availability services.
* Demonstrated teamwork skills with the business units and other IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and support for service request and/or project efforts.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Ability to interact with a variety of customers and stakeholders.
