Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to generate strategy, develop implementation plans and execute successfully. Extensive sr. level client interaction required. Reports to the Corporate Development Leader and member of the Development leadership team. Requirements: Manage, develop and implement learning solutions in several areas: A variety of financial services business, with a particular emphasis on retail and commercial banking, sales and service models, and call center environments Corporate imperatives and broad enterprise needs Competency model based curriculum and/or management and leadership needs. Interact with senior leaders, include Executive Committee members, understand business needs, design learning plans and guide associates to deliver Manage and lead a team of learning professionals Mange in a matrixed environment that includes additional internal training resources, 3 rd party vendors and contracted resources Manage a direct budget and guide corporate training spend
