You will express ideas clearly, concisely and in a well-organized manner while engaging and building rapport with your audience to create "partnerships" with companies in order to generate long term business. You will accomplish this by: Strategically prospect, network, and research future construction project opportunities. Developing new business accounts to secure major construction contracts. Working collaboratively with a project team to create and implement strategic plans to generate business opportunities which result in achieved revenue objectives for the Nashville region. Participating in industry and community organizations. Continuously growing and developing your skills to lead project teams in selling high-end conceptual services to executive level managers and buyers of large corporations and agencies. For consideration, candidates must possess the following: Minimum 10 years of business development / sales experience. Bachelors degree in business, construction or related field. Knowledge/experience in a Construction related industry. Knowledge of Nashville, TN and surrounding area. Knowledge of the Health Care market is a plus. You should be a self-starter, goal oriented, and passionate about sales and success. .
