Responsibilities: The Expeditor should be fully qualified to handle all expediting activities, domestic internationally, i.e.shipping import/export doc's material certifications. Assure all contract terms are met. Assist buyers in validating the information that supports timely processing of invoices for payment, especially partial and progress payments. Typical assignments include engineered and non-engineered items. Requirements 10 years experience Oil & Gas Industry. 5 years EPC Construction Expediting Experience of Domestic and International shipments. Materials Management/Controls and SPM(Smart Plant materials) Marian experience a plus. .
