You will have a passion for the internet, be committed and able to work well on your own initiative whilst being an integral part of the Distribution Team. The role demands the ability to sell a multi-faceted product to key players in the industry, which requires a motivated self-starter and the ability to establish relationships and influence decision makers at all levels. Responsibilities include: Research, identify and segment business opportunities with websites (affiliates) who have potential customers for hotel reservations. Establish an understanding of the business objectives for these websites and match these with our range of services to create and maximize new business opportunities. Manage all processes leading up to finalizing distribution deals (i.e. leads, prospecting, establishing first contact, meetings, contract, integration and timely follow up). Negotiate and finalise deals in accordance with company contract guidelines. Monitoring market developments relevant to the travel web industry and Booking.com, researching and reporting on findings Arranging and attending client meetings with key distributors in order to secure business Maintain and develop successful business partnerships with Booking.coms partners and manage all aspects of affiliate interactions. Monitor the success of each affiliate account and manage client relationships in order to maximise profitability of the account by advising on current products and services. Communicate regularly with partners to ensure we have a clear understanding of their current business objectives and match these with Booking.coms range of services to maximise opportunities within the account. Required Skills Commercial focus, sales driven, result oriented and a customer relationship manager. .
