Contribute to ongoing marketing strategy. - Develop and lead the go-to-market plan to achieve demand generation (acquisition) goals within budget. Leverage an integrated mix of digital marketing, paid media, email marketing, content syndication, events, web seminars and social media, etc. - Develop strategic plan to leverage and manage resources from the Microsoft partnership to their fullest extent, notably co-marketing funds, programs and product launch support. - Provide direction to the field marketing managers to enable inside and outside sales. Operationalize the hand-off of marketing qualified leads and ensure follow-through. Deliver supporting messaging and sales tools as part of campaign management process. - Create or enhance repeatable programs to nurture inquiries and leads through the marketing and sales waterfall (funnel). - Work with teammates responsible for product marketing, content development/publishing and public/analyst relations to deliver targeted messaging to buyers via outbound marketing programs and launches. - Recruit and manage external vendors as required, including ad agency, freelance designers, web developers and writers to ensure high quality program delivery. - Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all online, print and outbound communications vehicles. Process and reporting - Establish and meet monthly, quarterly, annual program targets. Measure and evaluate program effectiveness to spot trends, inform program decisions and future investments (e.g. # of leads, lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead). - Deliver a marketing dashboard to Leadership with select key performance indicators (KPIs) from marketing programs. .
