Responsibilities: This position is responsible for determining shopper research direction and supplier capability for maximizing return on AC investment. Aligning shopper insight to consumer insight and creating the most positive category positioning for use across Retail channels. Activities will include integrating shopper insights and recommendations throughout the organization, relating integrated messaging to key Retailers, and creating best practice accessibility across Retail channels. The Shopper Insight Manager must possess leadership, analytic, and collaborative skills as he/she is responsible for managing cross-functional members of the AC team, suppliers and Retail partners. Driving AC activation options through Retailer execution is the key success metric. Lead shopper research, and manage research vendor partnerships Examine Retailer Optimization scenarios and insert best practice learning across categories and channels..
