Responsibilities: The Client Service Representative in the Major Account Group will be responsible for assisting the Support Consultants and Account Leads with the administrative duties in the group. This person will focus primarily on the price challenge and price request process.  Key Responsibilities:  Take lead from Support Consultants and Account Leads Log price requests and price challenges for MAG clients Log data queries for MAG clients Perform necessary administrative duties in MAG Follow-up with EVS and Data Collection when appropriate Treat customers courteously, efficiently and effectively Attend continuous training classes Interactive Data is an Equal Opportunity Employer Qualifications:  Be organized and handle multiple tasks at the same time Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills..
