Responsibilities: Coordinates annual permitting issues associated with the Fisheries Restoration Grant Program (FRGP), including the ACOE Regional General Permit, SWQCB 401 permit, and assists with DFG 1600 permits. Coordinates CEQA issues associated with the FRGP, including the annual production of a Negative Declaration for grants to be funded by the FRGP. Assists with the production and distribution of the annual Proposal Solicitation Notice (PSN). Assists with the annual review of grants submitted under the PSN. .
