While on each rotation, the main objective is to develop the candidate for eventual senior leadership within APi Group and every developmental experience is structured with that in mind. Rotation schedules are individually developed for each candidate. In order to reduce the strain of the program travel requirements, training rotations are generally alternated between locations within Minnesota and others around the country, therefore, candidates usually spend at least half of their program in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. Upon completion of the LDP, you will be assigned to one of the companies on your program rotation schedule. Potential starting positions could include Project Manager, Department Manager or other similar positions. responsibilities during the training program itself.
