Responsibilities: The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The incumbent in this position is responsible for the configuration of requested computers, and the installation of all computer software. Also provides training on computer software. Job Requirements: Working knowledge of computer software at River City and an in depth knowledge of the primary company-wide software (i.e., Microsoft Office Applications, basic networking tools, Windows, AS400/i-Series). Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Missouri Gaming License. Requirements: Must have good technical, communication and problem solving skills. Knowledge of telecommunications systems is desired. Experience with hotel, lodging, and gaming software is needed. These include products such as ACSC, LMS, Micros, MMS, etc. These skills and abilities are typically acquired through an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming, Information Systems or related field and one year of experience with specific software packages (installation and/or maintenance), or a total of three years of experience in software/hardware installation and configuration for the required education/experience..
