Responsibilities: Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position The Maintenance Technician assists with maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery and buildings. Duties Services and maintains grounds keeping equipment for the campus. Performs preventative maintenance on building control systems including heat and cooling. Performs routine maintenance including minor carpentry repair work. Paints walls, doors, and other exposed surfaces as necessary. Follows Supervisors instructions to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. Utilizes computer based help desk system to receive and update work orders. Conducts routine checks on machinery to determine maintenance required for proper operation. Transports supplies and equipment as needed. Installs and assembles building furniture Performs routine grounds keeping work. .
