Responsibilities: Provide technical support, training, troubleshooting, and consultation to internal and external customers for the diagnostic test systems marketed by the Company. Support is given to customers and sales representatives primarily by telephone. Training support is provided, and travel to customer sites may be required. ·Answer telephone inquiries per established guidelines and document in MOVEX Consult with Global Customer Service or with other specialist ·Travel to customer sites, attend meetings as determined appropriate by Management ·Troubleshoot by phone and on-site when required ·Obtain MOVEX CIR certification Close CIR via departmental procedures ·Direct and drive investigative process ·Review test results ·Request further investigations ·Edit and develop items such as Technical Bulletins, letters, and reports ·Represent group and department on interdepartmental work teams ·Assist facilitator for intra-departmental work teams ·Participate in launch by learning new product information Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V Position Skills/Qualifications BS in Medical Technology, Biology, or Microbiology, or related science, with a minimum of 3 years microbiology clinical experience desired.
