Desirable Qualifications: We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a creative, agile, and analytical mind. Strategic thinking skills are essential. A planning or engineering background with knowledge of metropolitan planning, programming and project delivery as well as knowledge of local and regional governmental organization is preferred. Strong candidates will also have experience working with travel demand modeling, scenario planning (e.g., blueprint development work), transportation planning principles, and integrating these various tools with land use and air quality. .
