Responsibilities: Serving as the financing subject matter expert in complex transactions -Closing the financing portions of designated transactions -Partnering with product sales management to improve finance product penetration -Developing market intelligence on product and transactional opportunities To hit origination targets while improving Instruments, Medical, and Endoscopy profitability by: -Reducing finance discounts while increasing originations volumes -Leveraging buyout and refresh opportunities -Implementing finance sales best practices within the assigned regions. Requirements: Current knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operational requirements and transaction structures applicable to capital equipment financing. -Minimum five to ten years of successful experience in leasing sales with an industry leader. -Experience in medical captive is preferred -Experience as a credit analyst with commercial single signature authority in excess of $100K. -Completion of a bank credit training program is preferred..
