Responsibilities: This will include ideation, pricing, revenue generation, marketing and sales plans. Partner with the Marketing and Sales team to successfully test market and sell new service. Measure and manage service market value / effectiveness and lead service modifications (including retirement), as appropriate. Sales Support: Work with the sales team to qualify, discover, document the buying process, propose services and close sales opportunities. Lead the pursuit process by identifying the pursuit team, crafting services to meet client needs, identifying engagement risks and client success factors, leading the estimating process, leading the proposal development process, and participate in pricing decisions. Present and/or demonstrate the proposed service to the client; proposed service must meet the unique needs of client. Quantify and qualify the resource requirements to successfully deliver the proposed service. Book resource requirements and work with Delivery to identify resources that best fit need of engagement. Transition sold business to the Engagement Manager to ensure a smooth start and effective results delivered. Financial Performance: Accountable for the definition, growth and profitability of the respective services. Understand and have a positive impact on key business drivers, including visibility into business opportunities and profitability of proposals. Billable Requirements: Billable time requirements are based on the varying size, profitability and demand for the COEs services. Secondary: COE Services Definition Work with the Enterprise Consultant(s), COE Leader(s) and Consultant(s) to create the Intellectual Property to successfully and repeatedly deliver the COE services. .
