Responsibilities: Conduct an instructor-led configuration workshop of multiple customers (all size customers) and multiple participants. Training skillsets such as room management, agenda management, participant management. Conduct a virtual instructor-led configuration workshop of multiple customers (all size customers) and multiple participants. Brings in blended learning best practices, taking full advantage of WebEx tools to facilitate remote learning. Conduct an instructor-led role-based product training of multiple customers (all size customers) and multiple participants. Training skillsets such as room management, agenda management, participant management. Conduct a virtual instructor-led role-based product training of multiple customers (all size customers) and multiple participants. Brings in blended learning best practices, taking full advantage of WebEx tools to facilitate remote learning. Conduct a configuration workshop for one client and multiple participants. Conduct follow-up webinars in specific product areas (domains, user configs, catalog configs, loading users, AWE, Reporting). Communities of Practice Member and Contributor. Applies industry trends in training/performance/talent management. Activities that will also be performed: Identify best practices for product configurations. Assess client business practices and consult on product configurations that match client business practices. Identify additional consulting opportunities. Can isolate/troubleshoot client software issues. Write product roadmap suggestions using GeoLearning user story/acceptance criteria standards.
