This focus includes partnering with the Mayo Clinic for executive health assessments and education for all EMBA students. The College added eight new faculty members, including two chaired professorships, in the past year. Responsibilities The Recruiter will lead be part of a team consisting of a new Graduate Program Director, existing Associate Director, and two new staff serving as a Career/Student Services Coordinator, and the Program Coordinator. The Recruiter will assure: Achievement of the overall recruitment strategy and student enrollment objectives for each graduate program in terms of specific numbers of qualified applications, acceptances, deposited and enrolled students Active cultivation of prospective students by hosting and representing the college at recruitment activities and events on and off campus, and assisting in the development and distribution of recruitment materials Proactive management of the recruitment and admissions process with appropriate, timely actions at each stage of the process with accurate reporting of all performance metrics Maintenance of all student records associated with recruitment and admissions, consistent with JU, Davis, and accreditation standards Collegial interaction with university-level admissions and recruiting staff and other administrative units The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success as a recruiter, ideally in higher education and at a graduate level. Candidates must have a college degree, preferably in a business field. Excellent communications skills and use of PC and web-based software tools are essential.
