Compensation Manager - (US-IL-Oak Brook - 60570) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities: Provide on-going support to HR generalists, oversee job evaluations, promotions, adjustments and new hire offers.Develop and support effective total rewards communications strategies and initiatives in support of talent management and retention goals.Research and evaluate market pay levels and trends and participate in appropriate surveys to develop programs and/or pay recommendations to best attract, retain and engage talent and support our pay-for-performance strategies and initiatives.Manage the Short Term Incentive Bonus Plan (STIB) and Long Term Incentive Plan for eligible population. This includes providing bonus opportunity statements, assisting the finance departmentwith all accruals on a quarterly basis, leading the communication activities around the plans and ensuring the employee database is maintained.Manage the merit process globally which includes the creation and communication of materials, modeling and analysis and all system related activities.Maintain compensation related areas of the HRIS, payroll and timekeeping systems.Requirements: for this position include: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Finance 10 years of compensation management and design experience to include 5 years of executive compensation experience (Board of Director and Compensation Committee work, Proxy etc) in a global environment .
