Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for all Plant Planning, Purchasing, Receiving, Warehousing, and Shipping functions associated with manufacturing, testing, and selling oil and gas products. 1) Planning requirements for Manufacturing, and Purchased parts from incoming order inquiries. 2) Ordering Manufacturing, and Purchased parts from Manufacturing shop as well as the vendor community. 3) Maintaining and reporting monthly: On–Time Delivery, Purchase Price Variance, Backlog, Monthly Shipment revenue, among other reports, Monitoring, Managing and reporting weekly production meetings. 4) Monitoring and managing inventory levels to 4 turns. 5) Setting up consignment inventory and purchase agreements to reduce cost and lower inventory levels while working within established guidelines. 6) Monitor and manage past due backlog level to 10% or less than monthly average of annual shipment level. Requirements: Four year degree required and APICS professional certification strongly desired with 7-10 years oilfield experience. Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP (R3),Must be organized, able to work independently and make decisions with & without direction and with & without close supervision,Self motivated with good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
