Responsibilities: Provide and maintain strong consultative services to our Franchise Community.Conduct business reviews and create, in conjunction with the franchise owner, action plans to improve franchise retails sales and profitability.Serve as a liaison between and the Franchisees by promoting Luxottica initiatives, services and products and ensuring lines of communication are open and positive.Demonstrates Eexcellence to Iidentify, assess, calibrate, and develop s brand right talent at the store level to fill all current and future needs (Retail and Doctor)Model and coach 5 leadership practices and key sales behaviors and share best practice strategies to drive store results.Ensure stores deliver the brand experience consistently to each customer.Meet Operating and brand standards (SOP, labor, shrink, cost control)Lead OD business partnership, influences selection and renewal processServe as feedback link liaison to CSC on process, opportunities, and procedures.Support the implementation of new business development initiatives.Build strategic execution plans with measures and disciplined time lines.Lead final stages of new store development working with the franchisee and CSC departments to ensure effective new store opening.Ensures all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level.Establishes a culture that embraces diversity and maximizes the learnings from a diverse team.Expand franchise store network to include the recruiting of qualified franchise candidates and real estate.nd Requirements: Strong Talent Management Skills (recruit, interview, select, develop, calibrate)Strong Real Estate knowledgeSound judgment, problem solving and decision makingExcellent leadership coaching and development skillsTeam building, management and organization skillsStrong performance consulting skillsExcellent verbal Oral and written communicationStrong Analytical and computer skillsAbility to drive for results while acting with integrityBachelors degree or equivalent experience10 years management experience7 years experience in multi-unit retail industry environmentSolid track record as accomplished business leaderMust be willing to travel 75% of the time.
