The RIM Project Specialist will support the bid process, documents functional, technical and physical requirements.As well as, conduct gap analysis; create scope statements and strategic plans.The RIM Project Specialist will prepare project plans, client and management reports and act as liaison with project team and RIM Program to track development and implement change control.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:·Advises on document control processes and logistical solutions·Demonstrates awareness of laws affecting records management·Maintains knowledge of RIM principles, technologies, best practices and trends·Perform requirements analysis to determine true client need·Translate customer requirements into viable solutions·Identify issues, develop options, and propose a viable solution·Determine impact of decisions on other workgroups·Develop and deliver presentations for all levels of the organization·Develop business cases with associated financial metrics (ROI, NPV)Requirements: ·Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree·PMP preferred·Exhibits strong client communication, project management, and facilitation skills·Influence project leadership to adopt RIM standards.
