Responsibilities: Manage the Cameron-employed project managers for all major aftermarket construction projects worldwide. Assist them with working on technical issues and maintain the project budget and schedule.Develop a standard process for the implementation of aftermarket facilities projects Create/Review AFE’s for major aftermarket projects worldwide. Work with architects and local management to create bridge drawings that can be used to bid a project. Review and approval of all final construction drawings to insure our expectation are met. Manage the bid process for all major aftermarket construction projects. Seek out and implement new technologies, for typical aftermarket processes (wash, tear down, inspect, weld, machine, test, & paint), that can reduce capital required, shorten project lead times, and increase ongoing productivity. Manage small North American expansion projects. Requirements: for the Facilities Manager position include the followingTechnical Degree: Civil Engineering, Building Construction - Proven experience in Commercial construction - HVAC requirements and performance - Energy management - Major project management - Construction permitting process - 10 yrs. experience including international experience - Ability to travel for extended periods.
