Responsibilities: `Duties:At , we are passionate about improving the quality of life for people with immune deficiencies, hemophilia, von Willebrand disease and genetic emphysema. Our plasma-derived products also help prevent blood-related diseases in newborns and are used in cardiac surgery, organ transplantation and wound healing.Principal Accountabilities:New Hire Training: Designs and develops new hire sales training program components, under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Sales Training or Assoc. Director of Learning & Support Services. Facilitates components of Phase II sales training, as required.Ongoing Sales Training: Develops or directs the development of additional product/disease state and sales training programs. Coordinates delivery of programs for existing staff, as indicated for new product launches/indications, changes in products or business strategy. Assists with and implements programs for National Sales Meetings, as required.gCRM: Assists with the development of training program material and implementation for Compass system. Executes changes/upgrades to program material in conjunction with gCRM implementation strategy. Identifies and supports field “power users” to assist with follow-up and re-training efforts when indicated. Delivers or assists with delivery of Compass training for all Phase II new hire training classes. Maintains all Compass training program material for U.S., in collaboration with Compass Excellence Center liaison for U.S. region.Professional Development Center: Acts as system administrator for learning management system and assists with troubleshooting and maintenance, as needed. Orients new employees to system use and capabilities.Requirements: Training and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in life sciences or related field.Three to five years experience in sales and/or marketing. Training experience required. Pharma or related industry experience preferred. Experience working in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment a plus.Knowledge: Adult learning principles. Working knowledge of various selling skill models and platforms. CRM experience helpful. Life sciences background highly desirable.Skills: Training program design, development, facilitation and implementation.
