Responsibilities: The ideal candidate needs to possess strong inter-personal communication skills to be conveyed over phone, email and in person. This person will be responsible for the management of the AppExchange Publishing Pipeline of ISV Partners ensuring that we drive forward partners through to app publishing on the AppExchange Directory. Lastly, s/he will be responsible for follow-up on special projects with partners e.g. security renewal call downs, updating publishing content resources, etc.Responsibilities will include:Contacting partners on the status of their respective application publishing projectsUpdating application overview, publishing timelines, action items and next steps within salesforce.com.Ensure that opportunity and program close dates are up to date to provide management an adequate view of the planned publishing pipeline of partners in a given month, quarter, etc.Collaborate with internal teams on the improvement of internal processes around AppExchange Publishing, Management and Automation. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year University2 years of previous software/OEM sales or relevant experiencePrior experience selling complex platform technologies a strong plusForce.com Platform and AppExchange Directory knowledge a plusPrior use of salesforce.com CRM preferredAbility to work in a fast paced, team environmentMust be highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starterDesired Skills:
