Press Operator



Job Responsibilities:



1. Operates rubber production equipment to produce parts and products using written procedures and established practices.

2. Maintenance of equipment and raw materials requirements as established on the Production Order

3. Will be required to adhere to and comply with state and federal law, the company’s policies and safety and environmental regulations, and, the quality program requirements of API Q1 and ISO 9001:2000 as described in the company’s quality program manuals.

4. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.





Qualifications



1. Completion of the three (3) year manufacturing training program.

2. High School Diploma preferred with prior work experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience

1. Familiarity with production equipment and processes

2. Ability to read blueprints

3. Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

4. Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

5. Ability to take and follow written and oral instructions.



2nd and 3rd shift avaiable. Temp-Hire position.
