Technical Support Manager

In this highly-technical position, you will manage the team responsible for providing technical support for a networked Digital Signage System deployed throughout the United States, providing actionable reporting on the performance of our Digital Signage System and for driving the failure analysis process.

Responsibilities:
• Develop training and troubleshooting steps to be used by support team in resolving customer issues
• Ensure Customer Service Representatives properly log calls and capture information necessary for assembly level failure analysis of our Digital Signage System
• Responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of failure analysis processes and associated enabling business systems
• Manage and resolve major customer escalations
• Ensure acceptable service levels for service requests and inbound calls by monitoring call distribution and service request queues
• Monitor in-house Customer Service Representatives and internal/contract field staff to ensure productivity levels are met, technical solutions are appropriate, activity data is captured accurately and excellent service is provided to customers

Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background in call center and field service management
• Strong understanding of PC-based networked systems
• Prior experience in the dispatch of field personnel and in electronic content management and distribution highly preferred
