Web Application Developer and Analyst (Programmer)
We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced professional to develop and maintain new and existing data-driven systems. Whether working closely with the current development team or working on-site directly with customers, you must possess excellent working knowledge of web development using Java, ASP.NET, CSS, XHTML and Java Script alongside good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
What you'll be doing – You will:
• Document application specifications so that both an end user and a Developer can collaborate
• Develop application solutions considering all impacted systems and dependencies
• Develop new applications, databases and enhancements of existing products
• Contribute to application design and project planning
• Document, test, implement and support applications

Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a Web Developer producing scalable, multi-tiered web applications is a must, as is a customer-focused attitude, self-motivation and effective time management skills, along with the following experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Java/.NET (ASP.NET, C#, VS.NET) Developer with 3+ years of experience
• XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST and Web Services
• HTML, CSS and Java Script
• SQL Server
• Multi-tier architecture
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Release Management
• Ability to review an organization’s manual processes and translate need into automated processes
• Experience with facilitating and negotiating collaborative application design solutions with employees at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
• WSS/SharePoint development
• MySQL and relational databases
• Agile development
• Dot Net Nuke
• Webtrends
