Customer Care
The Customer Account Executive • Provides inbound telephone support via a proprietary computer system to customers experiencing technical difficulties and equipment problems in order to reduce service calls and improve customer satisfaction. • Initiates upgrade of current service and sell our products and services. • Communicates with customers in order to respond to billing questions; resolves service concerns; provides rate and programming information. • Researches status of installation and service calls in order to resolve customer complaints; researches misapplied payments, billing and service adjustments. • Explains customer billing in detail to give customers a clear understanding of charges. • Enters account information into billing system in order to accurately execute customer orders, schedule installs and trouble calls, and document customer accounts on a daily basis Meets minimum requirements in the areas of Sales, Quality and Productivity by efficiently answering and handling calls • Meets or exceeds departmental telephone response standards to maintain NCTA and FCC requirements • Performs other duties as assigned. • Must be available to attend a paid phased-training course. • Must be able to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. • Must be prompt, punctual and have regular attendance.
Required Skills: Education: • High School Diploma or GED
Experience: • 2 years of solid call center experience or 2 years exceptional customer service with sales experience.
Other Critical Skills: • Must be PC proficient. • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills as well as exceptional listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Must be able to sell • Must pass our basic skills tests. • Call Center Hours - Monday through Saturday 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual communication skills a plus! • Ability to work overtime, as needed.
