Our client is the Latin American division of a $10 Billion corporation, seeking a Director of Financial Analysis & Planning, open due to a promotion. This position will provide support to the Regional Controller and to Operations. Manages a staff responsibile for financial planning & analysis, financial statement forecasts, operating budgets, and strategic long-range plans. This position is the key liaison to the Regional Financial Planning & Analsyis for Latin America, responsible for financial planning processes and development of strategic plan guidelines.Requirements:BS in Business, preferably Finance or Accounting, CPA a plus8 - 10 years of experience, including accounting in Latin AmericaBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredBroad finance background that includes financial planning & analysis, accounting, finance, internal management reporting systems, budgeting, acquisition and investment analysis and financial modelingMust have supervisory experienceHyperion required
