With more than 200 employees, we provide our community with a safe, efficient and caring hospital environment, and we offer a wide range of programs and services to aid in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.Responsibilities: Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with facility and departmental policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Registered Nurse utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of patients on his or her assigned unit. Service Standards and support of healing environment are exhibited in all aspects of the Registered Nurses performance. Qualifications: Must possess a current valid California RN license or temporary California RN license. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job, and demonstrates through behaviors and answers to job-related experiential questions, the ability to demonstrate Services Excellence Standards. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Desired Skills: .One year labor and delivery experience.
