The Executive will establish the objectives and action plans for the territory, including identifying those Company and external resources needed to deliver the expected results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Supports and presents the full portfolio of products, services and consulting. Achieves healthcare segment sales booking goals via adoption of cross selling objectives with both existing and target accounts. Identifies consultative-selling opportunities with the potential to become strategic annuity-level cross-sold accounts Positions and delivers the total portfolio of solutions (technology, service and consulting). Drives business divisions to improve customer relationships and awareness of inclusive strengths and solutions within market Coordinates and supports the (Business Line) BL on activities for business-level strategic importance, significant value and/or cross-divisional involvement. Negotiates corporate resources to achieve customer acquisition strategies Drives total sales process, including update of account plans, data base and opportunity-activity sheets objectives. Coordinates new account orientation and implementation with business line SMEs and team. Identifies customer needs and focuses the value proposition to meet and exceed those needs. Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Visits potential customers to prospect for new business. Gathers market and customer information. Represents the organization at trade shows, events and demonstrations. Negotiates variation in price, delivery and specification. Demonstrates strong interface with business line operators to determine if we are able to deliver on commitments. Documents daily or weekly sales activity logs to reflect cold calls, prospects and relationship building efforts. Completes proposals for RFPs. Develops a growing understanding of our technology and products and keeping current with industry developments. Reports on sales progress and attainment of goals. Develops Critical Performance Metrics: Territory Revenue within company established profit margin guidelines Service Expansion and Revenue Growth in our existing clients Revenue per client Number of services per client Territory Revenue Growth Business Mix / Territory Revenue Growth in: Transcription Remote Coding Technology Audit and Education Outsourcing Clients For Life Adherence Targeted Prospecting COMPENSATION $90000-105000 BASE PLUS COMMISSIONS TO 250K+ EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business. Minimum 15 years work experience with demonstrated progressive growth in responsibilities, accountabilities and results. Effective communicator and planner, organized, structured, results driven.
