Responsibilities: Under general supervision, performs a variety of professional accounting duties; establishes and maintains Accounts Payable entries for the agencies serviced by Public Safety Shared Services; makes daily entries into Accounting Information System System (AIS) and Comptroller Systems reports; makes daily entries into Accounts Payable systems; reconciles Comptroller Cash Balance with Cash Book. Minimum Requirements: Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, with courses in business administration and accounting or four years of technical accounting experience; requires elementary knowledge of professional accounting and auditing theory, principles, methods and procedures..
