Responsibilities: Reviewing customer specifications for technical and quality information, determining and formalizing any clarifications or exceptions to customer specifications, configuring cable products and packaging requirements, preparing and/or obtaining cost estimates for cables, transferring engineering information to appropriate quotation, order processing or manufacturing systems, providing appropriate technical data either from published references or through engineering calculations, working closely with other product engineers and sales team to develop and bring new products to market and assisting with plant trials. We require a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, work independently who exhibits a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.  The successful candidate must have the ability to accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, organize work into logical process steps, use time effectively and establish priorities. .
