Responsibilities: Completes a check request form and sends with the appropriate paperwork for processing of the surplus lines payments. Completes and handles affidavit forms and other paperwork Other duties as assigned. 4 year college degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience Surplus lines knowledge and previous experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers on the telephone and through email. Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance. Attention to detail: Performs to high quality and performance standards.  Ensures work has been carried out to specification. Developing Relationships:  Communicates and builds relationships with people at all levels.  Cooperates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals, shares information and supports others. Ability to work within a team and partner and communicate with colleagues in various office locations. .
