Responsibilities: The Schneider Electric Buildings Business has an outstanding opportunity for a strategic-minded Human Resource Professional to assume the role of Human Resources Manager at its location in Lavergne, Tennessee. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources this key role will have full responsibility for planning and implementing all human resources initiatives that support the business. He or she will have an immediate ability to wrap HR strategy, programs and processes around business plans currently in place and as they are developed/modified. The Human Resources Manager will be in a position to clearly demonstrate the value-added nature that a well-run HR organization can have on an organization. The selected individual will have a clear and direct impact on culture, leadership, employee satisfaction/retention, performance management and associate relations. This individual will partner with the human resources team in using leading edge human resource processes and programs in the areas of: employee relations, performance management and HRIS. As a key business partner, you will provide Human Resources support and direction to multiple client groups within the organization. Diagnose Human Resource needs; design and implement HR strategies and plans that meet business priorities; and deliver high quality programs that result in improved performance and retention. Provide support and consultation in the following HR disciplines: employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. In this position, you may manage employees. Minimum requirements and qualifications include Bachelor's Degree and related field or equivalent work experience. .
