Requirements: 10 years electronics or telephone switching experience preferably with Central Office, Transmission and Data maintenance experience or equivalent. AA in technical field or equivalent experience . BA/BS preferred. Supervisory experience and a demonstrated ability to constructively manage a small group of technical professionals. Strong computer skills including technical hardware/software skills and business software. Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Strong problem solving skills, the ability to make decisions with some latitude, and the ability to organize and prioritize work based on established guidelines. .
