Responsibilities: Provides excellent guest service.. Review and evaluate all advertising and media programs.. Oversee the effective management, development, implementation and execution of approved promotions.. Effectively and efficiently track and report results for all property promotions and entertainment events.. Prepares annual budge and monitor daily revenues and expenses versus budgeted figures to ensure effectiveness of each Marketing and Player Development program.. Provide support with regards to research and analysis of casino expenses and revenues, customer service and quality standards.. Coordinate with necessary approved external vendors and internal departments to ensure efficiency of all events and promotions.. Maintain timely procedures for the tracking and execution of all pertinent invoices and bills with regard to approved promotional and entertainment events.. Develops and provides Marketing and Player Development plans to the General Manager for approval.. Works with the ACBCI Executive Director of Marketing to develop and ensure compliance with approved exclusive player events.. Assists with Credit Application processes following currently approved internal controls.. Assists with implementation of Special Programs, Promotions, and event calendars to stimulate and optimize business opportunities.. Reviews Complimentary Issuance Reports for compliance to internal controls and standard operating policies & procedures. .
