In addition, they will propose, validate, implement and conduct new in vitro technology as appropriate. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and providing solutions for problems requiring advanced knowledge of toxicology, ocular physiology, cell biology, genomics, high put-through screening tests and biocompatibility regulations. They will maintain the in vitro laboratory and ensure that study activities adhere to the protocol and applicable guidelines. They will be responsible for maintaining Toxicology Department administrative responsibilities including: allocation of technical personnel resources, equipment resources and financial resources in consideration of the department and medical specialty. Time management, an ability to work under deadlines, good documentation, and good communication skills are key. Requirements: B.S. and usually 15 years of applicable experience M.S. and usually 8-10 years of applicable experience Ph.D. and usually 3 years of applicable experience..
