The Specialist will therefore communicate with several groups of people, including the students, the student's manager, University management, and other University personnel to ensure smooth transition through the course of the employee's career. Job Requirements 1. Minimum of two (2) years of processing and/or call center experience in the Customer Service (or assigned area of job training) with demonstrated proficiency in processing of work, departmental policy and workflow. Experience at Infinity may be substituted for three (3) years of experience as a classroom or on-the-job instructor in a corporate setting. 2. Excellent communication skills and proven leadership skills. 3. High level of time management and organizational/planning skills. 4. Must exhibit superior delivery and presentation skills with all levels of audiences and a high level of professionalism at all times. 5. PC knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Webinar software preferred. 6. Must be proficient in all software packages or systems used by Infinity employees within assigned area. .
