Responsibilities and Requirements: Lead Six Sigma projects that improve or redesign business processes that increase revenue, reduce expenses or increase productivityPartner with senior level business sponsors, process owners and project teams to assess current processes, generate solutions and implement improvements within and across functionsManage activities of one or more project teams in execution of Six Sigma process improvement, process management or process design projectsUse project management techniques to prepare and maintain project scope, schedule, resources and budgetConduct tollgate reviews to ensure continued alignment with project sponsors' objectivesWork with the process owner and project teams to assess risks of solution implementation, derive cost-benefit analyses and test recommended solutionsPerform cost analysis and calculate the project net income of each project in partnership with the AXA Way Financial AnalystCreate metrics and toolsets for monitoring the process and maintaining control over it after implementation of improvementsContinue to coach Process Owners following implementation of improvementsPerform 3 and 12 months control reviews with the process owner to ensure continued process control and to calculate actual benefit achievementCoach Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma DMAIC methodologySupport peer-to-peer learning by sharing technical or subject matter expertise on methodology, tools and techniques such as process design, Minitab or facilitation skillsEngage business areas in promoting AXA Way, identifying additional improvement opportunities and assisting the responsible Master Black Belt with achieving process improvement objectives for a particular business areaDomestic travel on an as needed basis depending upon the needs of projects being supportedOccasional international travel (typically to France) will be required to obtain Six Sigma training.NOTES:US Residents OnlyAdditional Salary Information.
