Responsibilities: Radio Houston has an immediate opening for National Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate is successful in a high energy, high stress environment and approaches it with a great attitude. This position requires a self-motivated and self-managed individual who can also take direction well and who has a proven track record for mult-tasking. Must be well organized, and able to anticipate what is needed for the position and for the National Sales Manager at all times. Duties include but are not limited to daily contact with all Houston sales managers, Houston business office and interaction with clients regarding traffic, sales orders, invoices, promotions and pre and post logs. Requirements: Skills/ExperienceCandidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, sales order entry, researching and pulling orders. Good communication skills including written, verbal and face-to-face are a must. Radio experience a plus.Additional Candidate.InstructionsCollege degree preferred. 1-3 years experience as an administrative assistant. StatusFull Time
