Responsibilities and Requirements: Corporate Real Estate AttorneyDuties: Contracts for leasing, subleasing, design and construction and building arrangements; property management agreements; collocation agreements; data center agreements. Commercial contracts covering the following areas: technology, e-commerce, human resources; IT and Non-IT procurement and handle acquisitions and divestitures. Will be responsible for continuing and building on the legal relationship with CRES, in particular, the internal real estate management function, but is expected to be able to handle a wide variety of commercial contracts.
