This plant has about 200 employees and this position reports directly to the Plant Manager. This person would begin with production management responsibilities and would shortly have responsibility for engineering and quality as well. Candidate should be able to offer experience in the following areas: Production management in a high-speed mfg environment Experience managing multiple functions P&L responsibilities Six Sigma or Lean Mfg experience Highly prefer locals, but will consider relocating for the right candidate!
